The Alexis Royal Sonesta Hotel Seattle

Incredible. Dang! I travel weekly for work. Quite literally weekly. I’m “home” roughly 4 days out of the month. This hotel was nearby where I was working, so I just booked it based on location and the pictures looked decent. What an experience. The guy that checked me in was EFFICIENT. So nice, so fast, gave me other recommendations, and even when I came back from my excursion when I walked in he remembered me and said “you made it back!”. I asked if they had any candy I could buy, and he hooked me up with some gummy bears (that might not be the norm, so don’t expect that. and if his manager is reading this, don’t you dare get my boy in trouble). The room is so cool, tons of space, 4 free bottles of water, comfy bed, everything is amazing. I’m not sure that I’ve ever left a review on googl

The hotel is fantastic and in a great location. The onsite restaurant has delicious breakfast food and the service was top notch. In fact, all of the staff were incredible. They were kind, responsive, and seemed to be very on top of it. Big shoutout to Noble at the front desk. He was so fun and generous, and he went out of his way to make sure my teammates and I were taken care of. It was a 10 out of 10 experience, and I highly recommend booking here.

We chose this hotel for its great location for a two night stay to get a taste of Seattle. ||The hotel is a beautifully restored building with cool furnishings and art making an inviting and warm stay. ||Our room was generously sized with all the amenities we needed. We were fortunate to have a wonderful water front corner view room that was worth the extra cost. ||Front of house staff were friendly and nothing was a problem to organise including our baggage storage, late checkout and billing. ||Thank you Team Sonesta for a wonderful stay in Seattle.

The hotel is in a great location. It is clean, up to date, and convenient to travelers. The hotel has $62 valet parking, but because of its great location, you can also find street parking right next to the hotel. It is a walking distance to pretty much everything downtown, you can even walk to the Space Needle. Will come back again in the future.

This was my first time staying in downtown Seattle, I was very excited and had some high expectations for the Alexis based on reviews… First and foremost the parking is ridiculous and valet costs $67 a night absolutely not! The hotel stinks like some dogs pissed all over the carpet but they tried to cover the smell up with some weird perfume. It appears to be a nice hotel based on the lobby and the room I stayed in was very roomy but that was about it! Every time we stepped out into the hallway from our room we got hit with the worst smell. The room didn’t seem very clean, it was dusty and a bobby pin was laying on the bathroom floor when we walked in.. to me it seemed like the floor wasn’t swept. There was no directions on how to use the remote and when we called the front desk they trie
