Texas River Haus

WOW!! We hosted a reunion for ~30 people. It was - hands down - the best reunion we had. Read further for more info. Location, space, amenities, comfort, on-property activities, off-property activities - ALL 10/10!! Location - Right on river, can't beat it. And you're super close to parks for the kiddos, the caves, downtown, it was perfect. Plus we weren't so close that it was noisy, it felt very homey. Space - TONS of space inside and out. The reunion had adults, kiddos, everyone had plenty of breathing room to play games, eat, relax, take naps, make noise, whatever. Amenities - multiple dishwashers, multiple washer/dryers, multiple kitchens, not sure what you'd be missing here, they got it all.

I booked for my mom to have access to river , make sure you can climb steep stairs to and from river . She can’t . So I had to go up the street to tube. Very expensive $3600 for the weekend for a house that is not upgraded . House is basically a lot of add ons. Area where you can have guests stay (game room) have no restroom available you have to walk thru a room . Two areas are ac unit controlled . Rooms do not all have TVs. Toilet upstairs handle is very difficult. Pictures are misleading . Outdated furniture. Living room couch has a broken leg in front of couch makes the couch lean . Takes up a lot of the room , two guests stubbed toes on the corner of back of couch by stairs. I expected alot better . It is adequate but not worth the price . At all . Pretty view in the morning .

Great place. Can hold a large group comfortably and with so much to do. So close to town and the river is fantastic.

Amazing view. Family friendly. Right on the river. Would be better with another bathroom or 2.

Large accommodations right on the river. Tons of outdoor space.
