I reserved this room for two nights for a job I was doing in the area. The price was much lower than expected, so I had very little expectations. This place was very nice, the employees were extremely helpful, and very clean!! No bad odors anywhere, very quiet and accommodating. If I’m ever in the area again, I will definitely book another stay.

Positive: Price was great Negative: The 1st room we were placed in wasn't a King, as booked, and was missing many pieces of furniture. No nightstands, lamps, chairs, sofa, or coffee pot. TV didn't work. After complaining, moved rooms, which had all amenities, except a cover blanket on bed.

This place is a dump. Pool has green water. Room service only works certain hours so you are responsible for getting new towels. Bathroom shower was broken. Could not adjust the mixing valve. No water pressure because of mixing valve problem.

The hotel has new owners, but they didn’t change the sign, so we had a hard time finding it. They haven’t put anything into it to fix it up. The public bathroom had a little water in the soap dispenser, no paper towels, and the faucet wasn’t attached to the sink, and was so loose you could lift it up. The only good thing was the service of the staff. They were very attentive, but had nothing to work with.

If I could Leave ZERO STARS I would. I am a very polite person and the lady at the front desk was so rude! Just because I wanted to see the room because I had never stayed there before. She was so rude she told me I was giving her attitude and told me to leave! I will never come back here again. If the room is nice and clean then what is wrong with showing the customer the room before they book it? That was shady. I want to see the room im staying in especially if i have to put a 100$ deposit plus pay 70$ on top of that. I asked to speak with a manager . She would not allow me to.
