Blue Way Inn & Suites by Jasper Beeville

I’m making this review on behalf of my boyfriend. He stayed here for a business trip. He stayed here for a week and had to be let back into his room anytime he left because their key cards don’t work. He was going to go ahead and book another week with them and after placing the deposit he was repetitively called at unreasonable hours-in some cases 2am- to make the full payment after being told he could pay when he returned. After a few days of dealing with those calls he decided to go with another location and asked for his deposit back and was then cussed at for doing so. We do not recommend using this location.

I stayed for a week while my restroom was remodeled at my home in March. My gf sons came over to the swimming pool and three of them weren’t assign to the room. So the manager told me I’ll charge you $50 because they weren’t assign to the room. I was like ok, but like $10 more we could have gotten another room for a day and covered them. When I checked out I was told it would take a week to get my $100 deposit back. When I didn’t get my deposit back I was told by the manager they had new owners and to dispute it with the bank and I would get the money back. The bank gets with me two weeks later and says the hotel claims your sons damaged the pool so they kept the $100 deposit. So I was charged $150 for three people swimming for a couple hours. Good place to stay staff is great very polite clean best service felt like I was at home Grass was perfectly cut . No mosquitos Had a pool party pool was clean maintenance ppl gave us enough towels for the Kidds to get dry . Will stay back here when I visit Beeville again

I am very satisfied with bluewave very clean rooms pool and property..specially the madness people very polite people will definitely stay here every time I come to Beeville
