I was completely and totally astonished the room was incredibly horrific I could not believe my eyes I took one step and was met by a family of cockroaches and I looked to my left and on the bed was a family of ants I took a couple steps into the bathroom and was met with a green liquid in the sink and around the toilet I went back into the room picked up the covers and my eyes were met with a unbelievable mystery liquid anywho put my stuff down onba desk with a strand of curly black hair and dry peices of skin and went outside and got shouted at by a person who fell down the stairs with a needle in hand so i ran down the street and looked to my left and saw a gang of rats growling at me to I ran back into the room and my door was on the floor and there was a toy car on the floor with a pu

The service was terrible. I had to call someone to the desk to check in, my room wasn’t ready, when I checked out, no one was there to issue my deposit refund. When I went back to get my refund, they refused to return it to me claiming there was pet hair all over the room. I did not have a pet with me but I did bring a blanket from home which probably had pet hair on it. I should not be charged a$100 cleaning fee when they would have had to remove the bedding anyway to wash it!

This motel was so high class. I personally think it is better than the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. A lot of people will say that I am trolling, but this is completly my opinion as I look as the world very differently and things differently than many other people. This Motel was so great. I checked in at around 5pm on a saturday, and the prices were very affordable! The staff was the nicest person I had ever met, and even personally took me to my room. When I saw my room, I was shocked. the first thought that came into my head was "How could they make a room so high quality and clean?". I thanked the person and gave her a $1 dollar tip for being so generous. She said that if I needed anything, I could ask her, and she would be there. I went there one time and had 4 quests for the first night. At the second night the guest number reduced to 3 and I was made to pay for 4 quests because there system cannot adjust the fees except the owner only authorized to do so. Thief and this is Baloney! I was given a room at another time that they had heavy rain that took their electricity off for whole night and no generator. The next day there was soaked stinking carpet in my room, called the room service fro help. he said, is it soaked water or just wet? what a question! Reserve my room with one credit card but paid on site with another. Both cards were charged. Was promised that a credit had been issued but it was never credited to either of my accounts. |The shower water took at least 5 minutes to even begin to get warm.
