Hampton Inn Beeville

I needed an extra night stay and they were completely full. However, when a cancellation occurred they called me and extended my stay quickly and easily. Excellent customer service.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Beeville for nine months, and the staff treated me like family. If you’re looking for comfort, peace, and exceptional hospitality, this is the place to be. The experience made a long stay feel like home!

Location is decent and convenient. Rooms are fair though a bit outdated breakfast is pretty typical continental stuff though don’t expect anything healthy. Service is so so. Could never figure out how to get the peloton bike to work despite asking hotel lobby multiple times. Hot Tub randomly closed. Once booked a reservation and showed up late and was told the reservation was “”let go” and snatched up, even though they charged for the room.

Dirty dining area and breakfast crew is understaffed and couldn't handle breakfast area. Front desk people are poorly trained in customer service. You're lucky to get a smile, greeting, or any basic gesture of customer courtesy. Don't let them put you in room 129. It shares a wall with the mechanical room. After dealing with the front desk and escalating my complaint to corporate level, it is clear that the laissez-faire approach to guest service, dismissive responses to complaints, and general lack of integrity isn't unique to the Hampton Inn Beeville. It's part of the corporate culture of Hilton Hotels.

I would definitely pick this place again! Staff was AMAZING! They were friendly and very accommodating to anything I needed. Let’s not skip by the variety they provide at breakfast and evening reception! Thank you again for the amazing service!
