Tempo by Hilton New York Times Square

My partner and I stayed here in February and actually got engaged in Central Park! It was the best week of our lives. Tempo by Hilton is in the perfect location, right in the heart of Times Square. John, who checked us in was so welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. The bar was amazing. We loved the cocktails! I lost some valuable jewellery whilst on this trip and I emailed the hotel and called them back and forth for two weeks when I got a phone call from the loveliest woman, her name was Tee and she told me that she had found my jewellery! She explained that they pulled the room apart to find it. She then arranged for it to be shipped to me free of charge. I am so grateful to her. Stayed here for a long weekend with my daughter . Friendly welcome at the main door and fast friendly efficient check in at the lobby. ||First impressions of our room were positive. Loved the aesthetics of the bathroom. Toiletries were luxurious . |Plenty of towels available . ||The bedroom was compact but ample for what we needed . The bed was large and super comfy and the choice of lighting was a bonus . Rooms were quiet despite being on Times Square . We especially loved the floor to ceiling windows . ||The room was serviced each day with fresh bedding and towels . This was a welcome sight when we came back to the room after a busy day.||The only thing I would’ve needed is a kettle in the room to make a cup of tea in the evening . Dear Team, I stayed at the hotel for one week and checked out today. My first room was an interconnecting room and it was quite loud due to guests in the room next to me. I initially thought it would only be for one night, but unfortunately the noise continued for three nights. I spoke with the front desk and the manager, Tony, and he along with Karim kindly arranged a new room for me with a beautiful view. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. Tony was extremely professional, efficient, and very understanding. As someone who comes from a five-star hotel background myself, I truly value this level of service and the way the issue was resolved. I stayed here while I was in town to see a broadway show and it was such a great stay. The location is perfect. The rooms were lovely. So clean and no noise from the city. We had an amazing view of times square! All the staff we talked to were incredibly nice. Especially Kessi and Miguel!!!

Very nice, relatively simple hotel. Just off of Times Square with reasonable rates for the location. Ask for a room on a high floor to avoid the bulk of the noise outside! The rooms are clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Rain showers in the bathrooms are also very nice. The staff is amazing! Very kind and helpful. You probably won’t be able to check in early but they’re perfectly happy to check your luggage while you go exploring until your room is ready. Definitely would stay again!
