Teddy's Residential Suites Watford City

Our stay at Teddy’s Residential Suites was absolutely perfect. Amanda, the General Manager, and Ruth, Director of Sales, were incredible to work with from start to finish. They went above and beyond to accommodate our hockey team and made sure every detail was taken care of. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and the rooms were surprisingly large and comfortable—perfect for families and groups. Their exceptional service and hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend Teddy’s Residential Suites for any team, group, or traveler looking for a clean, spacious, and welcoming place to stay!

Average room, probably not the worst in town but also not the best. Clean. Comfortable beds. Some things needed to be taken care of such as torn carpet and a broken faucet. If you need a kitchen, this is the place. The focus of this hotel seems to be the restaurant. The entire hotel smells of the restaurant's cooking, so be prepared.

The Showers all have mold in them. They have live music that rattles the windows on the second floor so you cannot sleep absolutely ridiculous. There is never anyone at the front desk if you call expect no one to answer they never do.and every day your keycard won't work and you will have to get it reset. The washing mechings are always broken

The lounge is closed, the pool is empty, the pool they say to use at their sister hotel across the street is also empty. No mention of this on their website or anywhere at the hotel. We book rooms for our kids to swim at and it’s deceiving to state that you have a pool when it’s apparently been empty for many months. Rooms appear clean at first glance but have stains on the floor and bathroom had a strong sulfuric smell. Staff did refund us for the second night booking so we could go somewhere else so that was good.

Nothing gets fixed at either property. Whirlpool out of service for months at Teddys & Little Missouri. Says for maintenance yet nothing has ever been done. Same with laundry room one working washer out of 3. My friend’s heater started sparking and smoking in his room. My first room fridge leaked. 2nd room burner not working. Multiple carpet stains.
