Comfort Inn & Suites Watford City

The room we stayed in was very small. There are definitely some adjustments with furniture that could be made to make the room more spacious. We stayed in the room with 2 queen beds. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were great and friendly. The woman who was in charge of the breakfast area, quite frankly was not professional and didn’t practice cleanliness when working. The breakfast was good but when things ran, out nothing was restocked. Most places will put more items out, maybe not food doll but utensils, milk, stir sticks, nothing was getting restocked. The tables didn’t get cleaned and there was garbage everywhere, yes people can pickup after themselves but it’s also the staff that should be checking that. We really appreciated the staff’s flexibility. A family member was in the hospital, and we weren’t sure how long we would be there. The staff made room accommodations for us for the duration of our stay (5 nights), and I especially want to say thanks to the weekday breakfast hostess, who was flexible with my tardy requests for breakfast. Thanks so much for an overall positive experience!

I have a hard time figuring out the rating on this because certain things I like and other things were not so great. Hotel is clean, mattress only so-so. No reading chair (bummer). Weirdly, they have shampoo and conditioner, but no shower gel in the shower! They give you one tiny soap bar, but you can't even fir it in the tray with the shampoo and conditioner. I went out and bought my own shower gel, as well as my own creamer. They do not have real half & half, just the phony stuff, so if you're picky about these these things, be for-warned. Breakfast is the usual buffet. They did have my guilty fave of biscuits and gravy one day. They also have dinner some nights. I didn't really opt for it, since on a very hot day they had two kinds of soup! The other guests seemed to be mostly construct

I don’t know where to begin! We were greeted by two young men behind the desk who welcomed us and made our check in a breeze. They offered us a complimentary dinner of lasagna and garlic toast. In all our travels, this was a first! We said “yes” and it was delicious! Our room was spotless and offered everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast also offered a variety of very good food too. Thanks for the friendly welcome from “Jane”. I believe it was Micheal behind the desk when we checked out. Thank you for your assistance and attention to detail.

An excellent motel! Easy to locate, large parking lot and professional check in. We stayed 2 nights. Every desk clerk at any time of the day or evening was very courteous and helpful. There were fresh cookies at check in, a lovely hot breakfast and to our surprise on Monday evening there was a delicious stuffed green pepper with mashed potatoes meal, first come first served. I believe the evening meal is served during each weekday. Our room was a king suite. It was very nice and super clean.
