What a great place!!! Beautiful place!, 2 nice recliners, amazing hot water, amazing tasting water! Great bed, 55 inch tv, tons of extra kitchenware, extremely clean, best price in watford, and very quiet!, I should have moved here a year ago!
Land lady was excellent to work with. Any time I needed maintenance the guy was right on it! Park is quiet except for neighbors down the hill dogs "corgis" bark a lot. Laundry services was clean and inexpensive. Water was not the best but it is North Dakota 🤷♀️
I have lived here for about 4 months now. I absolutely love it. Everyone here is friendly and the park is quiet. Janine has been amazing to work with as a landlord. Everything is well kept. This is a steal for the price.
Stayed here for about 6 months, it's definitely a great place for someone who's single, or for two couples. These are nice, and very cozy furnished mobile homes. Janine is an awesome landlord, who's very understanding, and really strives to make sure that you have the best living conditions, and peace of mind while staying. If any issues arise, or could possibly pop up, she's definitely on it. I really enjoyed having my own parking spot. It's a nice quiet, friendly and peaceful place. The place has its own laundry in the park that's nice and clean. Definitely recommend checking it out for those searching for a place to rent.
Wish I would have moved in 4 months ago. Landlord and maintenance staff are awesome.
