Tate Road Mobile Home / RV Park

Been staying here for a few years now. Chris definitely takes care of everything Ive asked of him and more. Very fair pricing. Pretty quiet place to live, and friendly neighbors. Would recommend renting a place from him.

Had an opportunity to stay at the new Tate Road Mobile Home RV PARK. Park was super clean. All the hookups (full hookups) were new and was in great location of my RV. The sites were 45+’ long. Extra long site enough for 2 vehicles. The site was cement with a cement patio … awesome site. Very private, secure, comfortable setting. I’d recommend this private RV Park to anyone looking for a convenient location to Baton Rouge, Hammond or even New Orleans.

I've rented from Chris for over 6 years. It's a family owned business and he really cares about the tenants and keeping the park maintained. He also keeps it safe for children and pets which was so so important to me as a single mother. 10/10!

I have lived here almost a year. Hands down one of the best places you could live! The owner is very good about taking care of the property. Good about updating things too! Love our new mail boxes. Very quiet and safe place to have kids.

I recently stayed at Tate Road Mobile Home / RV Park in Denham Springs, LA and I had a fantastic experience. I was in a bit of a bind when my 5th wheel RV broke down, but the owner was a true lifesaver. He was incredibly friendly and helped me out while my RV was being repaired. The park itself was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The facilities were top-notch and I found everything I needed to be comfortable during my stay. The owner really went above and beyond to make sure that my experience was a positive one. Overall, I would highly recommend Tate Road Mobile Home / RV Park to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Denham Springs.
