Swiss Alps Inn

Love the decor on the outside. The rooms however are in need of help. Our sheet had a red stain right by the pillows they also were going through on the edges wearing away. The mattress had lumps all over it. It smelled like pee had to put my car air freshener in the room. No hot tub but signs in room say get pools towels at hot tub. Great location! But thats about it. I would say pay 20 bucks more for a better place. Very nice people here, the place just needs updates. Carpet looked 20 years old. Great water pressure!

We love the room , old but really functional! The old style A/C was so warm! Cozy and quiet . The bed so soft and comfortable!!! We really enjoyed our first visit here, Mike the owner a kind Gentleman and so friendly. We arrived late and we found our key in an envelope ! So nice of you guys!!! 💯 recommend and yes!! We are going to comeback soon!! Thank you so much

Huge rooms, fully equipped. Solid water pressure. The staff (apparently run by a family) was stellar. I mean STELLAR. Like you're staying at a 5-star resort but paying inexpensive prices. One room was two rooms, with a separate doored sleeping area. So we got three rooms for the price of two. Everything was immaculate and well-maintained. Yeah, it's an old motel from the kitschy era, which makes it even more fun. And the on-site Dairy Keen was the best food we'd had on the whole trip, despite being fast food. Highly recommended. You'll see that it's a motel and expect less, but then be very, very pleased. Long live the Swiss Alps Inn. Long live the family that runs it.

Positive: convenience of location. Negative: Motel is very old and dated. Due to nature of my visit to Heber, I needed quick and easy access to my room: no long halls/elevators. This motel got a decent rating so I elected to stay here, but would not choose this motel again.

I don’t understand how this place receives such good ratings. Our experience was terrible, enough to leave our reservation and find another place to stay! Our curtains were broken, refrigerator was in the bathroom, the outlets only worked in one spot, coffee maker was broken and disgusting on inside, duct tape on the wall, vents dusty, windows not insulated (we could smell the cigarettes from the guy next door for hours). It shows a cute restaurant patio but it was just a a Dairy Keen right next door! This website shows certain pictures making it seem really cute but it’s complete opposite. Customer service was amazing, the woman who checked us in was very kind and friendly. It’s a shame and we were super frustrated.
