Best Western Plus Heber Valley Hotel

The hotel’s family room was spacious and perfect for hanging out together. The policies accommodated our needs and I was able to relax and enjoy my friends and family. 24/7 pool and spa was golden!! Incredible breakfast. Good coffee. Friendly supportive staff went above and beyond. Great personalities. Nicely designed and decorated.

Positive: The hotel manager is super helpful and accommodating. Love that the pool is 24 hours, the fitness center is better than 99% of hotel fitness centers I’ve used, and the breakfast was great. Even though car troubles led to our stay here, we’ll be back! Negative: ""

Our experience at this Best Western was very good. Check in was seamless and the clerk, Dakota was friendly, had a good sense of humor and very accommodating. He a did a great job! The rooms were clean. After we went to the rodeo it was nice to come back and sit in the common area by the fire and have complimentary hot beverages that the hotel provided. The night clerk (John, I think?) came over and visited with us and he was also very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

I've stayed at a ton of Best Western properties all over the country and I have to admit that this one, in Heber City, has THE BEST customer service. Jasmine put a smile on our faces the second we walked through the door. Her warm welcome and bright spirit made our check-in process a cheerful event rather than a mundane task. Thanks for setting the tone for a wonderful hotel stay, Jasmine. Give that woman a raise!!

Just wanted to hop on here because the actual review for best western logged me out before i could finish! Chris the general manager deserves a raise! She is amazing!! She is so kind, professional and accommodating! She even gave us two of her personal sleds so my kids could go enjoy the snow!! She’s amazing and totally made our trip!
