Sweet Suites Capitol Hill

Room was clean, cozy, quiet, and the other guests staying were also very respectful. Vince was on top of communication and made sure to stay in touch throughout our stay. Access to laundry and a kitchen was great and we appreciated it very much. My only criticism was that the wi-fi was often a bit slow, but otherwise we had a lovely time. Good accessibility to public transit and it was very easy to get around different parts of the city from this location. Surrounding neighborhood felt safe and being close to Cal Anderson Park was nice as well.

Sweet suites review ||Wonderful common area, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the house rules prevented its use after 22:00. ||It was a $76 taxi ride to the property ||Communication with the owner was excellent||Room was small and the A/C noisy. Nice large wardrobe whose door was off the the track but no safe. No chair in the room, just a small stool. ||Good small fridge with freezer section. Also in the room was a coffee maker and coffee, just as well as the one in the kitchen did not work - just flashed a descale messsge. ||We noticed that when the room coffee maker was used the light in the room dropped in intensity. Clearly a voltage drop indicative of a wiring problem. ||The bed had a very soft mattress and was slanted due to the feet being on a carpet. The slant was noticeable

Very well equipped bathroom, room and shared kitchen facilities in this apartment. Clean and modern throughout. Location is pretty good, 30 min (hilly!) walk to downtown or there are buses. Check-in process is online and was unnecessarily long and complex, so could be made easier. However, overall would definitely recommend staying here!

I was nervous because of the other reviews, but don't be discouraged. This is a good deal in one of my favorite close-ish to action but still quiet Seattle neighborhoods. I had no issues finding parking or getting into the place and when I arrived it was clean, organized, and quiet. The bed is comfy, the common area is nice, and access to laundry is helpful. You're walking distance from some great Seattle spots including Chuck's Hop Shop, Twilight Exit, and Communion. Note: The final price after cleaning fee is closer to $150, which is still a decent deal in a central Seattle location, but good to know what you're getting into. Overall it’s been a great stay! We didn’t get the same room as in the picture, but the room was nice and clean and the common area was well maintained! The location is phenomenal! Just a quick walk to the whole city!
