Sutton Suites Hotel

Room was super nasty, had stains all over the walls. Luckily no bugs except maybe termites. The person at the front desk fully lied to me about having no shuttle service so I had to take an uber to get there from the airport. I booked third party and somehow that meant they "didn't have room" and didn't want to check me in. Luckily after arguing with the guy at the front counter he eventually gave me a room. Not worth the price, not worth the location, this should be your last pick of hotel.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! For starters when we arrived, they made us pay $20 / car for parking during our 1 night stay which was not communicated when reserving this janky hotel. We flipped the light on to reveal half of the lights in our room were either out or mixed with warm and cool tones and the cot we requested when making the reservation was not put into our room. The room was also filthy and disgusting when we arrived. There was trash left in the room assuming from the people who stayed in there before us. There was hair on the bed sheets and on the bathroom floor. The floor in general looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in many stays. It appeared that they just change the sheets and do no other basic cleaning in between guests. This does not matter as much as the cl

Positive: The staff was very kind. For being on a budget as maintaining a hotel, they do a lot. High commendations for doing their best and wearing many hats( doing a lot) . Negative: Breakfast options were available, but I was not allowed to take it to the room. I would have liked to see a Gideon Bible in the drawers of the room.

the rooms are dirty absolutely disgusting the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my 45 years of life it stinks. staff is super unhelpful (ROOMS ARE NASTY LIKE IT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS NO EXAGGERATION)

I highly recommend the SSH to anyone looking for a big, clean room with long term parking and great service to boot. I flew from SeaTac and parked here for 11 days. The long-term parking quotes I got were about $20.00 less than sleeping here and parking here. They dropped me off and picked me up very promptly and the room was huge, clean and with all the amities any big chain hotel would offer. I will be back in 6 weeks and gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good clean room with secure long-term parking. PS, the coffee is great.
