Seatac Inn and Airport Parking

Although this place isn't the highest quality, we found this to be a great over night option with amazing customer service. The shuttle came and got us personally from the airport and was available at any hour we needed. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. Overall, the room was older and needed updating but was clean and safe. I would stay here again happily.

The rooms were not pretty or anything but it's a good value for its location. We pulled up at like 11pm and were looking for a place to crash near the airport. It wasnt a breeze to get situated. We asked for privacy, so they set us up in a room with no neighbors. We get in the room and there were bugs around the toilet, which did not flush. I went down to tell the front desk, and they were quick to offer another room. The new one was great honestly. Beside that little trouble it was smooth sailing. There was a shuttle in the morning to give free rides to airport. Only complaint I have would be that the rooms were old and bland. A basic print on the wall or fresh coat of paint could definitely boost this places vibe.

It’s conveniently located and for a hotel of its category the overall quality is good. I wasn’t expecting to be in super luxury accommodation. Mine was a business trip and I’m happy with this hotel. One only note. There was a girl at the front desk that probably should learn a thing or two about customer service. While she was perfectly covering her role and being very knowledgeable about hotel’s operation, a smile every now and then wouldn’t have hurt anybody. I didn’t give 5 stars only because the WiFi signal in my room was weak and the connection very slow

Pleasantly surprised by this place!! don’t judge a book by its cover. They keep the rooms very clean I had no experience with bedbugs whatsoever as I saw others commented?, I stayed here two nights one when I was flying out and One when I flew back. It’s the cheapest hotel literally across the street from the airport. They have a shuttle that takes you back-and-forth from the airport although you can easily walk. The general managers and people that run the place are really nice and accommodating. Great stay!!

This is an old style bad motel, that smells, that you'll be afraid to lay on the sheets, and that has transportation to the airport only when they've got enough staff to do it. We stayed there and had to order an uber. Denny's is close by and that's the only good thing I ever saw about this hotel. With the price you pay you can get a much better branded hotel with guaranteed transit to the airport. Don't fall for it, and don't pay the same price for a dump that you would for a name brand hotel.
