We only stayed one night, and about an hour after we checked out, we noticed that my husband had multiple bug bites. We did not notice the bites during our stay or while we were still in the room. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the room. Because of this experience, we would not feel comfortable staying here again and hope management addresses this issue promptly. This is the worst hotel with the most unprofessional staff and management! The attitude of the employees is absolutely terrible.|We made a reservation for November 1-2, confirmed it by phone on October 30, and specifically requested a non-smoking room. When we arrived for check-in, we were shocked to find that our reservation had been randomly canceled, despite never canceling it ourselves. The staff outright lied, claiming that we had canceled the booking, and refused to take responsibility for their mistake.|The General Manager's attitude was equally unacceptable. After some of the reviews was a little nervous but took a chance. Very clean spacious rooms, comfy beds, hot showers. The front desk agent was very, kind and helpful. We arrived very late at night and was looking for any food place that was still open, she gave us not only the names but directions. Definitely would stay here again.

Shantel and Ashley were so accommodating and amazing!! My dad is in the hospital and due to a medical emergency I had to check out earlier than expected. They worked with me and were so understanding and kind. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone!
