Highland Inn, Rentals

Apparently there was an electrical fire back on August 28th in one of the buildings. Electric has been shut off in that building only. Since that time no repairs have been made. They're not providing a temporary shelter in either another building or at another hotel for their paying tenants who live there on a monthly basis. Therefore instead of rating this one star I will rate it a half a star... Nobody answers the phone when you call..... Nobody returns any phone calls... I've read other reviews on this property and this company... If you're looking for someplace else to stay in the Hudson Valley I'd recommend rocking horse ranch before I would recommend this place.

Owners are slum lords, the neighbors are nice, good people.owners don't care about anything but there money.over a year lived there they never repaired anything or fixed anything. They are the definition of slumlords. Disrespectful to the elderly and woman.

Many smokers. poorly vented. Roads terrible. Been parked in / blocked from exiting . Parking for handicapped/ injured folks is not respected. Snow removal....hahahaa… do it yourself even if you are handicapped / injured. Been 3 months since I posted the previous review. I feel Flavia , the onsite manager has a tough job since she gets the brunt of all complaints as if the issues were her fault. I believe she is just the go between. That being said , I have moved out . NO SNOW removal anywhere. Not one project of so many on the premises are completed. Ladders are left out on the road edge and often still against buildings where they were placed to work on things. One project they began was a drain pipe install and they never re graded the grounds. this has impacted the already limited

Place is the slums.people living there have no respect for you or your property. The owners don't fix anything. Moved out and can't get my security even though they said my room was better then I got it.time to go to court.dont waste your money go elsewhere.people park wherever they want and alot of drug use there.
