SureStay Plus by Best Western Buckhannon

We decided to stay here while in Buckhannon for a short, last minute trip. So happy we did because it has been one of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had! Not only has the staff been awesome, but they have really gone above and beyond for all the crazy help I’ve pestered them for 🤣 Very clean and cozy. They have a breakfast area in the mornings that had plenty of quick options. Located right off of 33 makes this hotel easy to access. Close to gas stations, restaurants, Walmart and Lowe’s…you can’t beat that! Will definitely stay here again for any future visits to Buckhannon 🫶🏻

Our hotel room has not been cleaned. It is absolutely filthy with hair all over the bathroom floor. The shower floor has hair and debris in it. The sink is also dirty. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and happy to listen. But it does not change the fact that we are paying to stay in an unsanitary location.

Wonderful and kind staff. Stayed with our pup and everyone was so kind to him. Whole hotel is non smoking. Our room had a slight smoke odor but wasn’t unbearable. Everything was clean for the most part. The bathroom floor was a little dirty. Felt very safe. 5 mins from downtown!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum. Much less expensive than the hotels in Weston and only 20 minutes away. Many restaurants to choose from for a weekend stay. Rooms were very clean. AC/heat was a bit noisy and walls were thin so you could hear your neighbors if they were loud. Don’t count on eating breakfast there …. but there were plenty of quick breakfast stops nearby. I would stay there again if I went back to that area.

Great place to stay, ive been here going on 4 weeks while in town working. Great staff addresses any concerns you might have and otherwise they leave you alone which is great for me working nights. Only thing is my room didnt come with a coffee pot but I just went and got a cheap one for $12. My room is great size especially for all the time im going to stay here, large comfy king with a separated little area with a comfy couch, nice counter space with a kitchen type sink and another bar with a couple stools. Love it!
