SureStay by Best Western Sunnyvale Silicon Valley

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the SureStay by Best Western Sunnyvale. The check-in process was efficient and the front desk staff was courteous and knowledgeable. A hidden gem with a perfect location! Within walking distance to Levis Stadium. The breakfast spread was an attraction in itself, with something for everyone. Clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. We'll be back for sure. The room was immaculate and well-appointed, accurately reflecting the hotel's online presentation. The bed and linens provided excellent sleep quality, a crucial factor during a busy work trip. Ample outlets and a functional, well-lit workspace were highly appreciated I would recommend this hotel to fellow travelers and anticipate returning on future visits to the area.

Positive: free parking Negative: Everything. Very old, dirty, and very expensive. Paid over $--- for one night. We booked 2 rooms both outdated and dirty. Would never never stay here again. Can't believe it is a Best Western Brand. NOISY every step above & nextdoor.

As a hotelier who travels over 150 days a year, I should have done a better job of researching. This was suppose to be an eight-day stay but we checked out after day two.|My fault I didn't do the research. It was a great spot and lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff was very unfriendly with no personality. As a Choice Hotel, the breakfast was very minimal, it wasn't a Rodeway Inn or an Econolodge and therefore should have had a full breakfast. NOT THE CASE.|Very disappointed in the stay but of course, my bad..should have looked into it more.|The only friendly face we encountered was the night auditor on the night of check in and the housekeeping staff.|Good for one night but not extended stay.

My son and I were in town to attend Super Bowl LX in February 2026. The staff was awesome, the rooms were clean and very big, breakfast was very good, and management made sure we were treated great! We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the area.

Front desk is by far, the best customer service around. Way over and beyond. I can't say enough good with the service and help we got during our Superbowl 60 stay. When I am back, I will certainly be staying here again!
