Review for Best Western Pacific Beach When I first arrived, Brianna checked me in. She was so sweet and professional. She was helping several guests, and she handled everything with such grace. I let her know that I needed a first-floor room because of my mobility issues, even though I had not included that in my reservation. She took the time to find a room for me on the first floor, and I appreciated that so much. My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. The room was extremely clean, and I could tell the moment I walked in that the staff takes real pride in keeping everything spotless. The beds were warm, comfortable, and made with care. I did not have a single complaint during my entire stay. I stayed here for about 2 weeks, and every staff member I interacted

Had bit of a mix up when first arrived but Justin got it figured out less then 5 min and got me into my room with no other problems. Room i was in was fine for what i was looking for the hot shower was really nice. There is a 7-11 pretty much next door, was nice area really didn’t see any homeless or people just hanging about. Breakfast was cool, waffles eggs sausage pastry cereal fruit juices coffee i would come back and stay again

Positive: The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, plenty of comfy pillows. The staff was very helpful and happy to help with whatever we needed. The location was AWESOME! Breakfast was very good, basic, but good. Negative: We saw several homeless people coming in for breakfast and taking loads of food, and then helping themselves to the hotel supplies (shampoo, t.p. etc) and sneaking away. It was just uncomfortable and probably not good for business.

I had the best customer service ever. Gina was amazing. Let me keep my same room when I had to stay an extra night, helped me in the morning get back into my room when my uber was waiting but I had forgot a small bag in the room. She was so fast and helpful. I will definitely be back!!! Took forever to write this review but it ms a great place to stay. Gina is awesome if you have her at the front desk!!!

Sadly I wanted to give this place a chance because it said it had excellent reviews online. As soon as I got my room key and walked into my room I hear a crunch sounds under my shoe. I had stepped on a live cockroach. I immediately went down to the front desk , show them the videos and pictures that I took and they were kind enough to give me a full refund. Do not stay here.I think they pay people to leave good reviews , honestly. Staff is friendly though. Area seemes pretty sketchy. Homeless weirdos walking around the parking lot. Dirty, not safe.
