SureStay by Best Western Morgan Hill

Do not waste your money here. Seriously, the worst hotel ever. We arrived and asked for early checking…girl said she would contact us about 2:00 but never did. Room is broken down and decorator should be fired. Shower is filled with mildew. Breakfast room has about 3 -4 tables, it is extremely small . We opened the hot containers but they were out of eggs, potatoes and gravy. My husband grabbed a biscuit. I went for OJ in the refrigerator but it was warm. We left .

Great stay! My son had a weekend soccer tournament at the Morgan Hill Sports Complex, which happens to be directly across the street from SureStay. ||The staff at the front desk was very friendly and informed us about the free daily breakfast, and even offered us a room on the 1st or 2nd floor - our choice. ||The breakfast was great. Some of the items we had were: pancakes, sausage links. eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, juices, bagels, bread, Danish pastries, and coffee.||I recommend a stay. We'll definitely be back during another tournament.

This is probably only a one-star Hotel! So many things in the room needed repair. The TV didn't even work properly. Only one station would come in. The faucet in the tub totally needs to be replaced because it barely turns and takes extra strength to control it. The curtain rod was damaged and falling off. Mold grew in the caulk of the shower. Towels were thin. It is a dive Hotel!

This “hotel” (more like a motel) is a well-earned 1-star review. In order of when they occurred, here are all the cons: —The insurance fee is expensive, about the same price as the room itself. —Our room was a non-smoking room but smelled like weed. —Rooms around us were blasting music until 4am. —The police arrived to a room and were banging down the door at 4:30am and the guests proceeded to argue for 30 minutes. —By 6am guests are walking the balcony walkway arguing loudly. Pros: —The room seemed clean with new furniture and bedding. If I was a female or someone with children, I wouldn’t suggest staying here. I did not feel safe or appreciate the smell of weed.

Reserved a room there for a whole week after my father passed away so my family from out of town could have a place to stay at, we needed a room for 4 people so we took the 2 bed room. The next morning we get a call saying that they overbooked our room because they had a walk in reservation so that they would give us a room with 1 bed. I told them we needed 2 beds because it was for 4 people. They said no problem there's a pull out couch you can sleep 4 in there still, so we agreed for that room. We went and checked in on the day of arrival and then returned to our family, when we went to the room later that day we realized it would not work out, the pull out sofa bed was a single mattress, not a double or queen. It also had cobwebs and a spider walking around on it, and no sheets. We let
