Extended Stay America Suites- San Jose - Morgan Hill

It is an excellent place to stay for a few days or a long period. My little family and I have the experience of staying for almost a year in a Suite and I have no reason to complain. It's a quiet place with all services running all the time. The people who work at the hotel are very friendly and quickly resolve all your questions and requests. If you are looking for a place with good value for money, this is undoubtedly the best place above its competition.

Positive: Nothing, this was a crap hotel. Negative: Got there after 14 hour drive to be told elevators are not working, i overheard one employee telling a friend that was hanging out that it has been out a long time. The whole hotel smelled like weed. The room was disgusting, spent an hour cleaning.

I have been using this hotel over 7 years, when travel to Bay Area for business.|Spacious suite, fully equipped kitchen. Very comfy mattress, housekeeping is very great as well.|On top of their great quality free breakfast , there are great food options near by, it is close to highway 101, and very peaceful neighborhood if you need to concentrate or work.|Staff including management are very knowledgeable and friendly, easy to communicate, and Narineh and her team will take care of your need or problem right away.|Will recommend this Hotel

Booked the room 1 year in advance for my sons first birthday party here in the area with family. Arrived after a 14 hour drive to be told the elevator is broken and we would have to take a room on the 2nd floor. My wife has a bad back and i have a bad knee plus we had a lot of luggage and stuff for the party that we know had to carry up 2 flights of stairs. Ok fine. Next got to the room and it is disgusting, walls are dirty, bathroom is gross, hair on the ceiling and stained towels. Plus water pressure that just trickles out, takes an hour to rinse off. And a burnt smell that will just not go away. After talking to the front desk i asked for another room and went to look first and that room was worse. She was unable to get ahold of her manager so I tried calling customer service only for t

We stayed here for the Super Bowl and the front lady was so nice. She left us a goody bag full of drinks and snacks in our room. Her dedication to customer service was superb. Wish I had gotten her name.
