I experienced 5 star service and experience. Yuli delivered stellar customer service and made my stay that much more enjoyable! The hotel was clean and whomever is in housekeeping is top notch! My room was excpetionally clean! Will absolutely staty here again! Side note, the hotel's bank kept charging me different amounts, my bank is set up to notify me each transaction therefore I was able to catch this as it was happening. Thankfully Yuli was able to correct this for me, but maybe the hotels bank needs to correct their glitch.

Formal Complaint – Unprofessional Conduct & Failure to Assist I called the front desk on January 4, 2026 at 2:38 PM PT to follow up on card charges related to our booking from December 31, 2025 to January 1, 2026. The employee who answered the call was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. Instead of providing assistance or even basic customer service, she spoke to me in a rude, hostile manner and abruptly told me to “call back on Monday to speak to the manager,” without offering any help whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable. I did not call to be brushed off or spoken to like I was a problem—I called to resolve a legitimate billing issue tied to a confirmed booking. We spent one night here. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked as it should. The area felt safe. The mini frig had a freezer section so we were able to refreeze the blue ice from our cooler. Breakfast wasn't spectacular, but nonetheless had a decent offering (sausage, omelette, cereals, yogurt, muffins, and a few other things). There was lemon infused water available in the front lobby. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was basically nice. The chairs and headboards in the room were several worn which gives a really sad feel. also the smell of the lobby is horrendous. I couldn't eat breakfast there because it was so bad. It was either an air freshener or cleaning fluid. I recommend getting robot that asap.

The hotel is close to our family's house. It is clean and the beds are comfortable enough. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Breakfast was better than other hotel breakfasts we've had.
