SureStay by Best Western Clermont Theme Park West

I want to be as fair as I can because I saw only perfect and horrible reviews when looking at this place and I don't believe it deserves either of those. This place has lots of potential. I think the location is great, the rooms don't smell bad (huge plus), the staff were nice enough, and the curb appeal is definitely there. The pool seemed to be pretty nice, though we didn't have to to try it. Would I stay again if it were exactly the same as it was on our visit? No. The rooms weren't dirty as some reviews suggest, I can tell that they had cleaned. However, even though it was clean, the details weren't very convincing that it was clean. We wound up stripping both beds and re-making them out of the sheets that weren't stained, the walls, trim, and door jambs all need cleaning or repainting

I arrived at the hotel late at night after a very long and exhausting travel day. Between the flight, transportation, and the rain, I was completely drained and honestly just hoping for a quick check-in so I could rest. What I experienced instead was exceptional hospitality from the staff member working the night shift at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, they greeted me with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism that immediately changed my mood after such a difficult day. Very clean would stay again

I have some mixed feelings regarding my stay so I'll split the negative from the positive. Positive - ample car parking at least when I stayed which admittedly was out of busy season - very clean and spacious rooms, well maintained and very comfortable - staff were polite and friendly and willing to assist when asked - very close to the Disney park entrances, so if you're going to spend a lot of time in Disney, you are just about there without having to spend on Disney hotel prices Negative - the WiFi was terrible, it was hit or miss whether it worked or not and the speeds were dire even when it worked - not the hotels fault but it colours my stay. Roadworks were taking place overnight on Route 192 and it took almost an hour to get through, even though the entrance to the hotel was right
