Super 8 by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

We stayed November 14 to the 17th|The light on the desk did not work. I had to approach staff on 5 occasions until finally I said just replace it with one from another room that works DUH!!!. The phone in our room did not work .this too was brought to their attention. The phone never did work. The mattress on the bed was not attached so it would move off the metal plate it was placed on. These problems and lack of attention are unacceptable and we will never book another stay

I had low expectations and it was still pretty rough. Room was freezing when I got there, heat wasn't just on low, it wasn't on at all. Bedding and towels were noticeably dingy. Bathroom floor tiles were dirty. And the "breakfast" was lacking. Options were slim, the only thing that seemed decent to eat were the waffles from the waffle maker. The only available drink was coffee. No water or juice. There was milk in a gallon container which didn't seem quite sanitary. Other food in the breakfast area was some pre-peeled hard boiled eggs in a hot pan, stale bagels, some muffins, and cereals (flakes and raisin bran maybe)

It's the very definition of a 2 star hotel. Furniture is dinged-up and looks like they furnished the hotel via Goodwill. The shower head is corroded and situated very low (think Buddy from Elf taking a shower). Our bed sheets were stained. Pillows were maybe half the size of a normal pillow. The bed was luckily somewhat comfortable. Refrigerator had massive ice buildup. Rooms are tight. Included breakfast was minimal at best; cereal, breads, waffles, hard boiled eggs. Butter pads were frozen -so good luck spreading that on your toast or waffle. Toaster was broken in that one side didn't eject the toast. Buttons in the elevator are falling apart. The main benefit was that the location was easy to get to. We booked two nights but stayed one (mostly due to an incoming snow storm), but we were

We arrived around 10pm to staff talking on a phone on speaker. He continued his call while assisting us (another couple was also checking in.) We reserved 2 rooms, myself as lead on one (1K) & my mother as lead on the other (2Q). I was told repeatedly that there was only 1 room reserved & he cheked me in for it, gave me the key cards & told me the only room reserved was that 1, in my name. I showed my screenshots of both reservations & he located the 2nd reservation, the one for my mother. Turns out he mixed those up & we just swapped rooms. Of course, my father had limited mobility requests (d/t a stroke) that were on the wrong room. Now, I intentionally did these 2 reservations separately to avoid these common issues, to no avail. AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! I'm allergic to the feather pillows and they have no other options, so im having to go without one or use a towel. Breakfast is worthless, not many options and the toaster didn't work. No, handicap accessible doors, no button to hold it open. Looks nothing like the pictures on website for the lobby. Can't find any employees very disappointed. Checked in late and paid full price for 8 hours in the room. Can't even sleep comfortably because of pillow issue and weird smell from heater/ac. Definitely not worth the money. Wouldn't recommend unless you're desperate. Others in the area offer competitive prices. Really wish I had stayed elsewhere.
