Dells Cabin

Nice and quite here, its fall colors are changing. Its close to town and stores, 5-6 miles away. No golf cart rentals for non golfer enjoyment . No bikes . Liability reasons. Facilities are nice. Amenities are good . Pool and hot tub are really nice . Friendly service.

We didn't stay in the cabin but we did stay on the grounds of Christmas Mountain. My family has been going there for years. There's plenty to do in property. They have an indoor pool and several outdoor pools. They have a bar/restaurant, a convenient store with Starbucks, fire pits, miniature golf, golf, volleyball, fishing, shuffleboard, and parks. They also have an activity center for kids and there are a few places that deliver food. They are also pretty close to downtown Dells, maybe 15 minutes. It's a great place to go for a long weekend.

Check-in was a breeze. We reserved a 2 bedroom cabin with 1 full bath, Full kitchen and living room. The beds are a little hard. King size in one room and 2 twins in the other. Be cautious if you have a down feather allergy. I didn't bring my pillow with and woke up in the morning with swollen itchy eyes. There's a TV in each room and they're very small. You can check-out a DVD player at the front desk and there's a red box at the Walmart near by. If you're visiting during spring thru fall, make sure you go to Paul Bunyan's for breakfast! Camp style all-you-can-eat served from 7am-noon!! Best breakfast!

It's always a good time here...The property has quite a bit to offer on-site...You have the, gym, pool, kids pool, skiing, tobogganing, restaurant, convenience store, bar, park, laundry facilities, etc and some of the views are exceptional...The staff is extremely pleasant and the various types of rooms are a plus...None of them that I've stayed in have been poor...Overall, I'm very happy with the experiences I've had there...Come on down and try it out...

Holes in floor. Uneven floors. No safety rails for shower or on the tub for slipping. Table for 4 with 3 chairs does not work well when there are 6. Was told differently about sleeping with beds,queen,2 signals and a pull out bed for 6 not good.
