Staybridge Suites Wisconsin Dells - Lake Delton, an IHG Hotel

Beautiful hotel! Suite for 6 of us was amazing. Clean and very comfortable, so nice to be able to have all 6 of us in one suite with 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very well appointed.|The front desk and kitchen staff were so friendly and accommodating, gave us great advice about the area. I read some reviews that were not very good but they were so wrong! We loved it!|We will be back!

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated the complimentary evening appetizers and free laundry—such a rare and thoughtful touch! The pool and hot tub area was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. While the kitchen was quite small, the full-sized refrigerator was a great convenience. The rooms were quiet and seemed well soundproofed, which made for restful nights. My only complaint was the TV not having the apps to log into -- you have to cast from your phone/computer to connect. Breakfast was decent, offering the usual options like scrambled eggs, waffles, and sausage. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I would gladly return!

Very nice hotel and we'll maintained. We liked the breakfast. We only did one night since we were passing by and not really staying in the area. But overall, we enjoyed the hotel very much. Room service was a little rushed at check out, so make sure you put a sign out and lock the door. Otherwise, they will come out knocking and opening doors. It was nice to have a small kitchen and a sofa bed in the rooms.

It was my first time, and l will say that l was really pleased with everything at the hotel. The king size bed was so comfortable l slept like a baby. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The pool area was really inviting. Hot tub was hot like it should be. The pool was refreshing. Service was very accommodating. I also liked the fact that they had washers and dryers on site. And bounce they were free. Definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Sonika is truly such a lifesaver. We stopped here for a night and with kids I needed some family friendly activities that wouldn’t end me at the holidays. In any event she gave me some great ideas that we could walk to easily (which was fantastic to be able to walk a little) and for which there were easy to find coupons. The room was clean, the only reason that I gave them one star down is bc we got in late the night before and the crib wasn’t in our room yet so we had to set that up upon arrival (and even that was bc they were slammed). So all in all a solid place to spend a night and very family friendly.
