Edit: We never demanded a cash refund. Additionally, the heater in the second room wasn’t working. We had such a bad experience at Super 8 Wyndham Walterboro that we thought we were being punked. Unless you're looking for comedy sketch material, steer clear. Here's what happened: we arrived at the hotel around midnight after a long day of driving. The front desk clerk was not having a good night. She seemed annoyed and tired. Understood. No big deal. But then we asked for a room in a quiet part of the building. I suggested maybe a second floor room. That's when things got rough. "I mean, you'll get what we have," she said. Or something like that. Positive: Leaving it Negative: Yes alot , it was dirty , the towels , bed sheets , floors were stained , refrigerator was clear full of water and the freezer was iced over , half the lights didn't work it was the most disgusting super 8 we ever stayed at , never staying at one again

Online rates and in person rates don’t match. When you mention it, they threaten (promise) that they’ll put you in a smoking room even though they have non smoking rooms available. Who has smoking rooms in 2025? For real. Dirty business. Would not recommend.

The price was low, but there were many issues including broken floor tiles and moldy ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Expired food was offered for breakfast, but the manager didn't seem to be concerned. The property needs maintenance and cleaning. The location was convenient to Walmart and the interstate.

Very nice overnight stop while traveling. Can be little loud on the weekends depending how far back in the hotel you are. Due to Walmart supercenter and Murphy directly behind it. But it also,makes it very convenient to get some exercise.
