Econo Lodge Walterboro I-95

Gentleman who checked us in was friendly. They've alot of nice plants in the lobby and hanging baskets outside. Rooms were updated and very clean with nice decor. I would suggest better lighting in the bathroom and maybe offer hair dryers and ironing tools. As for breakfast, the typical juice, coffee,milk, cereal, few pastries and a waffle iron. Also, the ice machine wasn't working during our stay. But all in all, comfortable and what we needed.

A nice 2-star hotel at a very reasonable price and easily accessible from I-95. We made a last minute decision to stop for the night rather than continuing on our way. Making a reservation was easy on Expedia, and despite the later hour, the gentleman checked us in quickly and with a pleasant demeanor. Our room was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. As someone with balance issues and two newer hips, I truly appreciated the granite shower! I felt safe knowing i couldn't slip in the shower! Ask for a room on the second floor though, as there is no sound insulation between floors. I imagine it would be irritating to listen to people above you walking (there is no carpeting, but the laminate flooring was clean). We'll stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful service all at a great value. It’s obvious that the owners take extra effort to make the hotel friendly and inviting. Highly recommend!!!

Friendly arrival. Room 102 was first assigned and it proved to have a noisy faulty AC fan. Moved us to 201. Better but no hair dryer. Tub has a crack?? Good rate. Parking area very well lit for safety and security.

It was clean and convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful when we needed something. No coffee in-room and the continental breakfast was minimal, but took care of the morning hangrys... it's older and some aspects reflect the age, but it was clean and comfortable
