Comfort Inn & Suites Walterboro I-95

On a recent trip to Florida I stayed here on my way to fla. as well as on my return trip home. Upon arrival there was a small hiccup which was immediately attended to by the extremely friendly clerk at the front desk. Other than that both stays were extremely pleasant, quiet and restful! The Hotel and grounds were very clean and well kept, the room as well well was very clean, well appointed with extra pillows, blankets and plenty of bathroom linens. Every hotel employee I interacted with was pleasant friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was good, there was plenty to choose from, sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles, pastries, bagels, biscuits, muffins, yougert, etc etc, your typical free breakfast from a hotel chain. The room was very spacious and nicely furnished. The wall unit took a while to both heat up or cool down the room and had a noticeable odor when running. Most likely needs a good cleaning regularly, which is often overlooked by hotels. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful, except for one lady who was very rude and could care less that she was there. She did not have on a name tag, African American lady with a bullring in her nose.

The room was clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. However, the breakfast was not good. The coffee was like mud and the eggs were not good. We probably wouldn't return to this location.

Bed was very comfy, reservation process to check out easy with staff. Breakfast was awful and very little offered. The only thing that was decent were the biscuits but when we asked if they were bringing out any gravy, on a Sunday morning, they said nope that's tomorrow's breakfast...had to buy breakfast elsewhere.

Room was big and spacious. Bed was soft and warm. Layout was a bit odd (to us) , but OK. We ended up with an "accessible " room which meant no tub. They provided a floor mat for the bathroom, but .. the floor was the drain for the shower! Would have preferred tub with shower, but was lucky to get a room with a king bed with a last minute reservation.( I made the reservation when we were about 5 miles away.) Breakfast was ok. Overall, it was a clean place to get out of the cold and wet to rest so we could continue our trip home. We only stayed the one night and left early the next moring.... so not sure about any amenities (gym,pool,etc) WI-FI was only available on 1 devise in our room.
