Super 8 by Wyndham Tulsa/Arpt/St Fairgrounds

Woman at the front desk is so disrespectful and rude I went for the first time last year awful experience!! Then this year I went with my boyfriend again thinking it got better. this woman was awful! She’s rude shoves my card back at me. This woman needs to be fired!! She’s gives dirty looks, she tells us it’s a non smoking room, we don’t smoke anyways, then we get to the room and it’s a “ non smoking room “ and this rooms smelt horrible like cigarettes and the sheets were dirty, the room was filthy. I don’t recommend!

This motel was not what we expected- it is not in a good neighborhood and we arrived late at night to see multiple people hanging around the parking lot and suspiciously driving around. Dirty clothes piled up outside rooms. The room was tiny and the fridge and bathroom door wouldn't close properly. We didn't feel safe since we had kids with us and left.

The pool is not open. They have a decent free breakfast, the rooms are ok, the beds arent that comfy and all kinds of people walking the street an parking lot at all hours. Also there a sign that say you cant have visitors. They will also steal your deposit.

I would not recommend this hotel, especially for solo female travelers. The front desk lady was extremely rude and tossed my cards, license, and other items around without care. The outside felt very sketchy, and I did not feel safe. The pool was closed, and even though the website advertised a continental breakfast, when we went down at 8 AM, there was nothing available , everything had already been put away. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable and disappointing. Stay at your own risk.

*Let me first start off by saying the young lady at the front was very kind and did the best she could. She is not the manager or the housekeeper and she deserves positive recognition. I’m sure she was equally annoyed with the situation as we were and she did her best with what she could. * However, this is probably the most DISGUSTING hotels we have EVER stayed in. We are a couple who travels for business and needless to say we stay in hotels more than we do our own home. We have stayed at hotels for the same price as this one that didn’t have NEARLY the amount of issues this one has. We check in , the first room had an entire towel INSIDE the toilet and the other was on the floor and the shower looked unclean. So we let the front know and she apologized and changed our room.
