Super 8 by Wyndham Santa Rosa North

The refrigerator quit working and no one came and fixed it. The lightbulbs were missing in all the lamps. There was small liquor bottles up under the mattress. There was dust bunnies and dirt all up under the beds. The cable did not work 80% of the time. I killed a few roaches. Then I left. No bugs bit me so I’ll count that as a plus and the Internet worked pretty good and the girl behind the counter was very nice.

Positive: Nothing.. filthy.. it is literally a drug infested Crack house. Homeless drugged out ppl living by the broken ice machine. The worst place i have ever stayed Negative: Everything. This motel should not be in operation. It's is filled with drug addicts. Everything is broken. They had to change rooms 3x blood on walls, blankets, mold mildew in bathroom. Smashed in TV, stained sheets. Piles of hair on the floor.

I stayed here they ate new owners and changing things so no Tv in room. I booked from a Friday to Friday and Monday i tild them i was not continuing my stay because people tried to get in both my car and room. They acknowledged homeless people tried to get in rooms to sleep. I booked on line they said have the online company send an email and they would approve my refund. It's been 2 months i have called both online and this hotel. Online said they are waiting for Super 8 to respond to the email they asked for. I called and reminded hotel still haven't received refund

After checking out Fort Ross & Charles Schulz Museum then having dinner at BJ’s, my son & I went to Super 8 at Santa Rosa. We decided to take a dip into the swimming pool along with try hot tub which was nice, the room was clean & staff was friendly.

This place is really dirty. Bathtub leaks all over the entire room soaked everything. Front desk is really intrusive, rude and unable to understand anything they can't control. Absolutely zero efficiency on customer service. Dont waste money here. Dont get me started on the roach infestation,
