Courtyard by Marriott Santa Rosa

Excellent customer service with the front desk staff. Val is great. He knows I’m a regular and makes sure I get the room I want. The only reason for 4 stars on the room is having to keep turning on the fridge to keep my drinks cold. Rooms are always clean and smell good. I’d recommend vinyl flooring over carpet. I love staying here and the location is perfect. Close to everything… freeway, mall, fast food, etc.

Positive: We stayed to attend the Marathon. Our daughter in law won the top Female! The location was great. We were able to walk to view at the 2 mile and then walk to the finish line. Restaurants nearby to eat and the hotel had great food, drinks and Staff Negative: ""

The hot tub was out of service. ||Not bad but not worth the price paid. Room was quite small but comfortable. No breakfast included, but there's a convenient Starbucks cafe in the lobby with a large variety of items (French toast, avocado toast, etc). Parking is gated and spacious.

We had a great stay at the Courtyard Marriott on Railroad Street in Santa Rosa. The location is perfect—close to downtown, easy parking, and a convenient base for wine-country plans and Calistoga day trips. A special shout-out to Tess at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful and truly set the tone for our stay. Warm, welcoming, and so attentive—she made us feel taken care of from the moment we walked in. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet—exactly what you want after a long day of wineries and exploring. The property feels safe, well maintained, and easy to navigate. Overall, a solid and enjoyable stay. Tess’s service definitely elevated the experience, and we’d happily stay here again.

Had a late-night flight cancellation and needed a room last minute. The staff was super accommodating and got me checked in quickly, which was a lifesaver since I had an early flight the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and they even had toothpaste when I realized I forgot mine. Checkout was quick and easy too. Exactly what I needed—would definitely stay again!
