The rooms are fine for what it is. The location is good if you're a contractor and need to make morning supply runs. I, however, checked out a day early because a winter storm was coming. They said they'd work on the refund (I also had reservation insurance) and they said they can't do a refund. I asked just to stay the night again and wait the storm out and drive back when it was light out. They said no and there's nothing they could do about it. I ended up having to book a room, again. So I paid for a room, rental insurance and then paid for a room again and the manager acted like he was in charge of the Whitehouse or something. I've worked in corrections, military, etc, there's ways around stuff without the red tape. Took himself way too seriously. Assign a key, make sure the room is

Lock all your valuables up because housekeeping will enter your room even with the Do not disturb sign up. Carry a few cans of roach killer because literally they are coming out of the wood work. Uncleaned rooms, stagnant pool and unprofessional staff all the way up to the management.

Bed was great but the bathroom needs help; way too small, was missing flooring, needs some tlc, and there was used soap still in the shower. . Went to make coffee and the filter holder for the coffee maker wasn't even there. Couldn't believe the "breezeway", felt like we were walking into a walk in freezer because of the large rubber, frozen flaps hanging in the doorway. I won't be staying here again.

Room was not cleaned properly!! The remote control had old dried food or spit on it. Bathroom floor was not clean, mold was growing along seems of bathtub. Terrible oder of smoke inside our room from people smoking just outside the door and permeating through our ventilation system. We stayed at a very nice super 8 two nights before and figured we would take our chances. We will never stay here again!! I will say that the staff was very friendly!!
