Courtyard by Marriott Petoskey at Victories Square

We were pleasantly surprised by this property. It is fairly new (build in 2020) and kudos to whomever designed the hotel and surrounding land. We normally don't spend a lot of time in the living area part of a suite, but here, the furniture was so comfortable that we lounged watching shows and eating charcuterie! The addition of an ottoman was key. Also, the long piece of furniture under the TV that held two open carry-ons was great! The back space with the bench swing and Adirondack chairs overlooking a pond was lovely. The bed and pillows were very comfortable (I usually have to ask for extra pillows, but didn't need to here). We recently stayed in the King Suite room. It had a great layout with 2 separate rooms. The kids enjoyed the “living area” with pullout sofas. All said there were 3 pullouts in this room, and a king bed. It was very clean, and the staff ran extra towels and pillows up immediately at check in. Overall I would rate this a 10/10. Joe who works the bar area was very pleasant to visit with and makes excellent drinks. The kids also enjoyed the pool area, which was very clean and a very nice environment for the adults to lounge and have a few beverages as well.

Absolutely love staying at this Courtyard location in Petoskey. It is extremely well run. Nice design. Clean. Nice amenities. Great indoor pool and hot tub for the fam. Nice workout room. Ideally located between all the ski resort and golf courses in the area.

Kayla and Spencer were both amazing and made sure that my say was amazing. I travel for work alot and very few places have employees that go above and beyond to ensure that I have everything I would need or could ask for. The facilities and staff were amazing. It is a no brainer that this will be the hotel I stay at when I travel to Petoskey moving forward. I've never felt more at home.

Staff is always courteous and go above and beyond for guests; rooms are well maintained, the hotel itself as soon as you walk in smells great, there’s a bar in lobby with limited menu items but perfect if your looking for a burger and drink; it’s convenient location to shopping and Boyne Mountain is a short drive away! My fiancé and I love staying here!
