Super 8 by Wyndham Oxford

The room needed to be vacuumed thoroughly. The bathroom floor needs to be swept. The housekeeper should spray straight bleach on the bathrooms walls and shower walls to get rid of all that mildew. The sink faucet needs to be cleaned with Windex. I was almost scared to take a shower. This could be a good place if you all gave it more TLC. Paint the bathrooms and clean it better. In my opinion you should fire the housekeepers and hire new ones. I actually deserve half of my money back due to the bathroom experience. Overall it was quiet. I haven't seen any bugs as of yet. The refrigerator was clean and the room was warm.

When we got to our room it smelled like filth and mold. The microwave smells horrible and it takes a while to heat a few taquitos. I'm glad I brought my own blanket because even though the bed was made there was blood on the top blanket and some black smudges on the sheet. The other blanket came from a jailhouse. The bathroom walls are moldy. Outlets are hanging out of the wall. The air-conditioning isn't great. Pool is closed. Towels and rags are dirty but hey at least they were folded. 🙄

Positive: Located close to freeway Negative: Computerized check-in screen with a man who didn’t speak very good English. Dirty oil slick parking lot. Room smells bad and no breakfast, even though it was advertised.

I booked this through Priceline, From the start it was messed up. Trying to check in had to get in front of a device that has somebody on a monitor talking to you. Could not understand half of what the person was saying. They couldn't get me a key card printed right for the door to the room. Finally after 45 minutes I get in the room. I carry a black light to make sure the sheets and bedspread is clean. Absolutely disgusting what I saw. I go back to the office and told them only to be sent to another room that was equally disgusting. They told me if I wanted a refund I had to go through Priceline. I tried but Priceline said they would not give a refund. Could not even talk to a person on Priceline. If you are going to book a hotel in this are BEWARE, DON'T TRY TO GET A CHEAP HOTEL, YOU WIL

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at! First you have to check in with a computer and the attendant isn’t even on location. Upon entering the room there were burn holes in the comforter. Black Mold on the ceiling and the lamp. The bathroom floor was filthy and covered in mold everywhere and they attempted to cover it with paint. While showering a roach crawled out of the vent and the water never got hot. We were gone 2 mins and never checked out with the office and got a message saying thanks for your stay. So makes me wonder if there were cameras in the room too! Please stay somewhere else it’s just not worth it!
