Location isn’t the most ideal, but it makes up for it with the shuttle bus offering. Picks you up right infront of the lobby and brings you right to Times Square. Atmosphere was tired, dated, and old feeling. Some things were run down, older looking, “breakfast” setup is just plopped into the front lobby… just a toast station, and coffee/tea area, I’d hardly call that a breakfast offering. Room was just fine. Nothing special, had a comfy bed, bathroom, and tv on the wall, mini fridge and desk. It was very basic nothing over the top. We didn’t mind because the goal was to be away from the hotel at all times except to sleep… so if you want more hotel amenities or the feeling like you want to be more comfy/relax in the hotel this probably isn’t the spot for you. I highly recommend this motel, especially when you consider the typical cost of accommodation in the New York City area. It truly offers excellent value for money!The location is fantastic, as it is conveniently close to everything you could need for daily life: a supermarket, bus stops, and plenty of dining options. More importantly, the motel provides easy access to Manhattan by bus. Here’s a crucial travel tip: When leaving the city, be sure to take the NJ Transit Bus 123 from the Port Authority Bus Terminal to get back to the North Bergen area. The buses suggested by Google Maps don't all go to North Bergen and can take much longer; the Bus 123 runs frequently, about every 10 minutes, and is the fastest way to get to the motel area.The room I stayed in was clean and perfectly equipped

did a small relaxing staycation here. very good location, Starbuck & Aldi are a 5min walk so thats convinient. the staff is friendly and attentive. the room is as expected; clean but simple. lots of lighting, lots of drawers and decent walking space. everything was very clean, the carpet was clean, the bed was clean. the bathroom was simple yet comfortable, the curved curtain rod was nice for the big bath tub, the shower head had good water preassure, all was clean. plus the doordash came straight to my room lol that was fun, they do provide room service tho. parking doesnt seem an issue, its bigger than it looks on the outside

The hotel staff is unfortunately very unfriendly and focused on making money. A minimal level of customer service would be nice. You can easily get to Manhattan with the shuttle for $4 per ride. Sometimes we had to wave the shuttles down, so if you see one passing by, give it a try. In the mornings they usually stop right away. The room was okay in terms of cleanliness. The main light didn’t work and the shower is a bit old. The breakfast is terrible. Yes, American breakfasts are always unhealthy, but here there isn’t even peanut butter or whole-wheat toast. You have to pay $10 for luggage storage. As I said, they try to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. The coffee is empty after 9 AM. It wouldn’t be a big effort to keep the coffee filled throughout the morning, but even there

1 star only for sweet housekeeping…rest didn’t like a single thing starting from check in to check out…The front desk are so busy in their mobile that they don’t give sufficient information to their guest (no info for shuttle, breakfast, amenities, wifi etc.) Was surprised to see the don’t give a damn attitude of the Manager Rakesh. Kindly improve these specially the Customer / Guest Service which is a pillar of the hospitality sector.
