I will admit that after reading some of the reviews, i was nervous for my stay. But we had a great time. Don’t let the negative reviews ruin your stay, this hotel was great from the start. Check in went smoothly, we got into our room, it was clean and comfy. Breakfast had many options, yogurt, fresh fruit, make your own waffles, croissants, juice, cereal, bagels and bread with other additions. We never had trouble finding a seat to eat. At one point during our stay, our key card stopped working, i had it near my phone the entire day. but we went to the front desk and within seconds she fixed it. We never had an issue after that. Safe to say there are no bugs, it’s a warm, safe, clean and comfortable place to stay. The shuttle that runs with the hotel makes it super easy and convenient to g

Wonderful front desk service, convenient location, and spacious, safe parking. There is close access to the city, and it's really quite nice. We left before the free breakfast, so cannot comment on that. But it was excellent. Clean and quiet hotel.

Nice and close to the city. Our room was clean. Its the non matching flooring and fixtures that give it an off feeling. The employees were all definitely very kind. Will stay again!

We stayed here for 8 nights during thanksgiving and can honestly say we have had an amazing time. Being in New Jersey there is a shuttle bust at $18 return to and from NYC and the drop is right by times square. The shuttle driver Rick was a beautiful soul and very knowledgeable. If you'd rather make your own way to NYC then the bus two blocks up will take you to the bus terminal where you can get the path train to NYC and then the subway anywhere you like The staff at the hotel are very friendly, accommodating and very welcoming. The breakfast is fabulous with waffles that you make fresh, cereal, pastries, croissants, yogurts and fruits and bagels and toast to chose from. To eat out nearby two blocks by the bus stop is the coach house which is a beautiful restaurant, with a beautiful atmos

Don’t be fooled by the one-star rating—if I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This place was a complete disaster. Our key cards stopped working constantly, forcing us to go back to the front desk over and over again for replacements. Every time, we were given the same lazy excuse about the magnetic strip being demagnetized by phones or wallets. We followed their instructions and kept the cards away from everything, and they still didn’t work. What makes this even more ridiculous is the staff’s constant contradiction. They admitted demagnetization is a known issue, yet claimed it “wasn’t happening to other guests” and that it was “just our room.” That makes absolutely no sense. If this supposedly isn’t a recurring problem, then why do they already have an explanation prepared? Foll
