If I could give less than one star I would. I was really happy with the room at first but Roshan is a horrible person. He came to check my room and agreed to return my deposit. I waited patiently for it but it never came. I spoke with Lucy who said he never sent it. So she said she would. Still it never came. I called back and spoke to Roshan who said that he had no intention of returning my deposit. He said my room was trashed and hung up on me. I was very diligent about keeping my room clean but why would he lie and say they were returning it. I don’t know what kind of business you are running but I am contacting the better business bureau and telling anyone and everyone to stay away from there! They are thieves!

Best hotel in Morganton! I personally would never stay anywhere else and you’re not gonna find anything better for the price that they offer you for a room anywhere clean clean beds clean linens it’s just it’s it’s an amazing hotel. I can’t say enough good things.

Positive: The employees. Ww were offered to move to another room which was nice Negative: No working air-conditioner, dirty bathroom floor & tub, bathroom door scrapes & won't shut, dirty kleenex holder and empty, coffee maker with used coffee pouch in it and no coffee cups or coffee to make toy on the floor from previous person, extea $6

Arrived for a weeks stay and my dad had booked a wheelchair accessible room for me and my husband, when we arrived they didn't have one but it was accessible enough so we took it, plus we had no other options. The room itself wasn't very clean and it smelled like smoke as well as had cigarette burns throughout despite it being a non smoking room. We ended up in the room right next to the office, thinking service might be better. All we got was more noise from other guests checking in and out as well as from the office staff blaring music. The breakfast was terrible only muffins, toast, frozen egg omelets, and dry cereal, no meats, fruit or yogurt for those who might be trying to be a little healthy. Upon arriving to our room 435 this is what we were walked into ,visible mold on the curtains and mold still growing on the windowsill , the look hole to see if anyone is arriving at the door had tissue stuffed in it and the bed had a suspicious white fluid spots on top of the bed spread to include a random stain found on the bed sheet itself, the bathroom was somewhat decent but the mold was my main concern After going to front desk and getting relocated to 431 I went back to return the key and the night person was no were to be found??? So now on to 431 They charged me a pet deposit which is fine however if it says that it’s for cleaning I should not see traces of other animals in the room to include MOLD!
