I highly recommend staying here. Clean, quiet, good value and well managed. Many thanks to Dedrick! Good communicator, friendly and does a stellar job managing the hotel. The gourmet coffee in the morning was AMAZING! This location is on my future stays list!

Easy check-in and the rooms were clean. The furniture and carpet felt worn but for a drop in this was dine. The price was about as inexpensive as you will find so it all worked out. I was out early so I did not try the coffee and breakfast.

My God! The bed is like sleeping on a slab of concrete. I've never slept on anything that hard. Great location and service. "Breakfast" is served 6-9am only. Very no frills room...not even a coffee maker in room.

Positive: The staff are kind and helpful. They're the best part of the experience. Negative: Our room was constantly humid and very musty. A couple of days there were no hand towels. The mini-fridge sat very inconveniently on the floor. The carpets were not vacuumed every day.

AM Guy was really nice and ONLY reason i didnt put 1 star for Service...and he was accommodating but the hotel itself is garbage. Overnight Guy wouldnt get up if the building was on fire. Employees look at me like they wanna gut me for no reason. Water pressure was non existent, room was probably last updated in 2000, carpets probably never shampooed, TV looked like one I had when I was 14 yrs old, bed felt like sleeping on a stone, curtains falling off, AC filter looked warn down and cleaned a while back, the neighborhood.....dont even get me started with the trash Neighborhood!!! Dont come to Mahwah PERIOD.
