Customer Reviews
I just want to say the service I experienced at this hotel thanks to Erin, Celt &, Steve they have made my stay here so very pleasant. They have gone above and beyond to satisfy my needs and make sure I have had the best experience. They have made me love the way my 2025 will end & I am excited to start off the New Year here. Thank you for all you have done for me. It is so very much appreciated
Positive: Parking was very accessible, inside pool a great advantage considering the weather, very comfy bed Negative: Customer service changed at night, more reserved and an air of arroganceFrom the front desk unlike the afternoon service which was friendly, sympathetic, and welcoming.. The breakfast was very subpar.
Free breakfast is pass-able if you like everything a day or 2 old. Coffee was drinkable. Rooms were not made on a 3 day stay. Lady night o had to request it. Pool was closed. If price was 1/2 the amount it’s ok but for 160$ on a weekday it’s terrible.
We stay at alot of Fairfield Inns and this one was on par with most except the price was crazy expensive. Yes it's 25 miles from NYC and it was a holiday weekend but nothing in this chain is worth over $200 a night. We stayed here since it was relatively close to a few parks we were going to hike during the weekend.||Check-in was fine but no upgrades were available for elite members due to the sold out weekend. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained unlike many in this Marriott chain. The room was super tiny. One of the smallest I have stayed in at a Fairfield. One plus was there was a bigger mini refrigerator with a freezer section.||The breakfast seemed to have fewer options then other Fairfields.||Overhaul a three star experience.
We reserved 2 rooms and requested a crib in one for a 1 year old. I called the hotel and asked if they had a crib and not a pack-n-play, they assured me there would be a crib in the room. We checked in and there was a pack-n-play, with vomit stains on the side. I went to the front desk and inquired about the crib and stated that the pack-n-play was disgusting and unacceptable, and the sheet they used was for a full size bed, which is a dangerous hazard to the infant…meanwhile searching for other hotels. They eventually supplied a “suitable” crib, even with a broken gate. Other issues were the smell of the rooms, stained badly repaired ceiling water damage and cigarette burns in the couch. Old, run-down and lots of carpet stains. Stay away.
