⭐ 1-Star Review Super 8 by Wyndham – Lubbock, TX I booked my room online with approved early check-in, and when I showed up the staff refused to honor it unless I paid an extra $40. That was never part of the agreement. The hotel advertises free breakfast, but there is no breakfast of any kind. No coffee, no juice, nothing. I’m literally sitting outside the locked office and the machines aren’t even turned on. Yesterday I set a cup on top of the juice dispenser while checking in, asked if I could have some, and was told the machine “isn’t on.” My cup is still sitting there 24 hours later. That pretty much tells you how this place operates. Was outside the office at 7:00 a.m. and there's no breakfast. False advertising, poor service, and zero amenities they claim to offer. Overpriced for condition of property. Needs renovating. ||Staff very nice.||No breakfast, although advertised. Ice machine out of order. Had to go to front desk for new key card every time I needed in to room.||Deadbolt did not work. Single woman travelling alone - not OK.||Would not stay in a Super 8 again.||Location was good

decent please clean room and bed. nothing fancy. handicapped room are good, welcomes my service dog. front desk great this was my second stay….both times late night check ins and the lady at the office desk was great.

Staff was nice, location was good for us & for our reason being in Lubbock. Rooms=the most filthy place I’ve ever been. Filth like that is uncalled for. All the other hotels were booked for graduation weekend so we got what we got. I paid the inflated price of $467 for 2 nights.
