My husband and I are facing an incredibly tight spot, and the affordable rates offered by this establishment have been a godsend. The staff's kindness and understanding have been evident from the moment we checked in. Given that they are currently renovating the rooms, they graciously upgraded us to one of the newer units, which has everything we need and is immaculately clean. Hotel is clean, quiet and best of all pet friendly for a small weekly fee. Rooms are clean and spacious. Office stay is pleasant and respond quickly when there are issues. Big thanks to Susan! She does a great job! Most affordale extended stay in Lubbock. I've enjoyed my stay here at Southern Springs.

Lemme just start off by saying that compared with some of the other motels I've visited lately, walking in through the doors of the Southern Springs motel was like a breath of fresh air for me. The staff here is friendly, amicable and knowledgeable not just about the local area but are also able to give directions to Clinics, businesses and even the surrounding small towns to people who are not from this area. I will be sure to recommend Southern Springs to friends and family members who may be traveling here in the near future. The best part for me is the fact that the motel is conveniently located close to grocery, discount stores and even fast food places which might help people save money on gas or ride share prices. So I've had the pleasure of residing here for the past 5 months. I tell you that you can beat the price, service and respect that is received during your stay. There are 3 wonderful women who run the place. There's the manager Miss Cindy. She is a hard worker and very fair with everyone. Miss Marie who has mastered custom service and has the sweetest personality I've come across. And miss Susan who is always professional and happy to help with any issues. I can't recommend it enough to someone in the Lubbock area. You are missing out if you don't check it out for yourself. They all 3 have treated this disabled veteran with respect non stop for the past 5 months during my stay.
