Hampton Inn & Suites Lubbock University

Didnt care for the loud highway noise but the front desk person told me I can choose a room facing away from the highway next time so we will be doing that. Other than that we had a very nice stay. Close to the college and quick drive to fast and fast casual restaurants but what really stood out to us was the staff here. Specifically the lady at the front desk with braids. I believe her name started with an A. Maybe aliyah? Alisha? I forget. but thank you all. well managed property

I would like to give this hotel 5 stars, except they have no dietary information at their breakfast. It is in a great location for a pitstop while driving cross country! We saw lots of signs in the parking lot warning about theft, but saw nothing that concerned us. The parking lot is well lit and we saw no one hanging around. We have stayed here twice now and would stay again.

Positive: beds are good, spatial. Negative: The window curtain is not functioning. the hotel is close to high way, quite engine noise coming to the room even we are in fifth floor. I am not sure why this hotel has so high rating, definitely not deserve it.

Easily the nicest Hampton Inn property we have ever stayed at!!! Thank you for the warm welcome as we travel back home to Houston. Had to create this google just to leave a review. I dont usually leave reviews but they had the code at the front and I just had to! Well kept room and enjoyed the pull out couch option and larger tv with the smart options. usually we're stuck with older rooms and much smaller tvs with only basic channels. Thank you!!! Yee haw!

Great stay overall! I picked this hotel because of the perfect location – it’s super close to Texas Tech University. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was high-quality and filling. The staff was friendly and efficient. Why not 5/5: It was a bit noisy from the street traffic, and the Wi-Fi could definitely be faster. Bottom line: Reliable, clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend if you're visiting TTU or just passing through.
