806 Cozy Homes

Finding an affordable place to stay for a few months with two cats is very challenging, but 806 Cozy Homes was the perfect place to land while we looked for a house after moving across the country. The couple who run the place are so kind and quick to respond to any problems. I could not recommend this place more!

I started my two month stay, having booked it never seeing the site in person, the day I moved to Lubbock. While I sorted out the craziness of a cross country relocation, storage facilities, and a home purchase I was most pleasantly surprised to find a great place to stay with excellent amenities and wonderful and welcoming on site staff for me and my dog. Very shortly after my home purchase and after moving out, some mail missed the forwarding and Dawn contacted me to let me know, talk about a caring staff! It's been over 2 years since I stayed and it occurred to me what a hit it was and how lucky I was to just happen upon a calm and welcoming place where I could actually RELAX upon my move to a new city, so I felt I must write a review. I wish I had a reason to stay with 806 Cozy Home

My partner booked this stay never seeing it before and only trying to piece together photos from the website and airbnb. We were nervous but decided to just go for it as we only had a couple days to find a place for only three months (which is hard!!) Boy did we luck out!!! The 806 Cozy Home property is so nice and homey. They have a beautiful koi pond area where you can lounge and relax and even an on property dog park. Everything you need from gas, groceries to shopping were all less than 10 minutes away. The apartment itself was nicely done and had mostly everything we needed. Anytime something came up, Dawn and Bryan were responsive and right on it. One time I even needed a box cutter for a craft project and they were nice enough to lend one to me. They are a super sweet helpful couple

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! The owner is super responsive when we contact her and they are extremely accommodating! The unit that we're in is incredibly comfortable and the AC works great, which is fantastic for this hot summer! Even though it's quite a bit smaller than our 3 bedroom house that we lived in for the past 4 years (obviously a big change from that to a 1 bedroom home), it's set up in a way that makes it comfortable for our temporary stay. The area is so peaceful, safe, and quiet, my husband and I love taking our dogs out at night and enjoying lovely ambiance of the pond and string lights. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a temporary place in Lubbock!

Great studio apartments! Nice property as well, behind a close able fence and gate. Studio was very spacious, clean, came with plenty to cook with. Well water, so you feel like lotion after showers it's amazing. Great owners as well, very responsive and kind.
