Super 8 by Wyndham Las Cruces University Area

Positive: Staff was friendly. Negative: Conditions of the hotel and rooms, dirty and used sheets and covers, stained walls, furniture run down, leaks from floor above in the shower, holes on walls, and room was at 99* when we arrived. Room 212.

I got my rest plenty of sleep. The service was Great. Especially when I left. I had forgotten my TAL drink cup. I call to let the receptionist know that I left my Black drinking cup. Then went back to the Super 8 Motel. It was not the only thing I left. The cleaning lady said I left a pair of my pants and calone too. Also the maintenance guy was there before I went back up to my room 309. To fix my issue. I had reported that the shower water was not working. He checked and he showed me that I needed to pull and then turn it. Explaining that some shears are like that . I give all the the employees that I met, Great Service. I'm not good with remembering those names I'm sure Super 8 knows the workers that worked and attended me with Great Service. Thank them.

The Super 8 you get what you pay for, privacy. It didn't feel particularly clean but I've seen worse and I think it was well cleaned and its maybe just bleak. The bed was good, the linens were comfortable and I had a couple nights of good sleep. I had a problem with the chair in the room. It was gross. Dirty, hard worn, do they spray the chair for bugs? If you read this, get rid of the chair in 308 or don't, you do you. They do offer breakfast but lack a protein. They l have a 4 mini waffles maker with very good batter and syrup. The juice dispenser did not work. Consider adding fruit, cereal, bagels, peanut butter and jelly, milk, etc... They have smoking and non-smoking rooms available. *I highly recommend using cash*. I made the mistake of using my card and now the $35 fee they charge

Great customer service was provided by all staff members, the room was clean, and they provided a continental breakfast every morning from 6-9am, which included waffles, cereal, coffee and tea, and other breakfast foods. The room had a larger mini fridge than normal, a microwave, a comfortable chair, and office desk and chair, and an alarm clock. I was very surprised with the whole experience. It was quiet and definitely worth the price. Thank you to all staff members for the great experience!

This Super 8 is a little gem in the unique times we are living in. Specifically AJ was a lovely lady welcoming me in. Along with that checkout was seamless along with mansger Mankad introducing himself and ensuring my stay was enjoyable, and that U had everything needed.
