Comfort Suites Las Cruces I - 25 North

This was a really nice hotel at a great price. The staff was great, and our room was super nice! The bed was very comfortable, and things were quiet. We had a great stay!

Really, really enjoyed our stay here! We travel a couple times a year and this was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. All of the staff were super friendly. The place not only looked neat and clean but smelled clean and pleasant as well. The indoor pool and hot tub were super clean too which I was happy to see. We loved our room, and the beds were very comfortable and we all got good nights' sleep. The location was very convenient to all of the highways and local amenities.shops etc. If we get the chance to come back to Las Cruces (which was a wonderful place in its own right) we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Positive: The room and bedding was very comfortable. Negative: The website says heated pool. Pool was not heated, it was very cold (end of June). Also 4 kids running and jumping when there are signs saying no running and jumping. I understand no lifeguard on duty but maybe staff could monitor from cameras?

I can’t believe they have that high reviews. They have polyester sheets-yuck, very hard beds-ouch, super loud air conditioner and the room smelled! I vote NO on this Comfort Suites in Las Cruses. Not cheap either. I do not recommend this place. Mediocre breakfast. Terrible night sleep, isn’t that what you get a motel room for!

We've been extremely pleased with this location for a number of years. Our reasons are Desk Clerk courtesy, clean rooms, and quietness. I was especially pleased with this last stay in Room 418 for this reason. Also we generally stay here due to Medical appointment reasons and I am quite satisfied with the Medical Discount rates; especially since we are on fixed incomes. Keep up the great service!
