Holiday Inn Express & Suites Las Cruces North by IHG

Great hotel!! We visited while passing through and had a great experience! We checked in late on a Sunday night. Customer service was great and check in was quick and easy. Our room and bathroom were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is always good at Holiday Inn! We love their cinnamon rolls! They also had biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, juice & coffee. They had a good amount of parking, we had a trailer and were still able to park in the parking lot. I liked the area as it felt secure & clean. It was a little ways off I-10 but worth it for the peace of mind. It’s easy access if heading to White Sands National Park or North. We would stay here again if in the area.

Great for our 6-night stay. Excellent value. Spacious suite. Excellent breakfast and it’s true the cinnamon buns are superior, not too sugary. Staff very good about solving problems — front desk provides towels and shampoo if lack of staff prevents getting your room cleaned; coffee maker that did not heat was replaced while we were out; locked open set of front hotel doors not working. Half of the hotel had been finished renovating the day we left and they were starting the other half 😇

While this hotel was undergoing maintenance and construction you couldn’t tell or notice. Rooms were quiet. Staff was friendly. We did have a problem with our fire alarm and it was fixed within 2 min of calling to the front desk. He was so nice and talkative! Nice guy. Everything was great. Breakfast as well

Best sleep ever! Very comfortable. Breakfast good. Friendly. I would have given a 5 but when I asked for extra blanket i was told i had to go to front desk to get it. It was a good thing i had not been in my pj's! Most places I stay they bring it to the room. Also mist places have an extra blanket in the closet.

The hotel staff was very kind. They welcomed me, help me fill out info for my vehicle (I had left my glasses in my car) and they were great with letting me know where everything was. Very pleasant stay.
