Super 8 by Wyndham Klamath Falls

The bed was very comfortable and I was pleasantly surprised by a feather pillow. The TV work and had several stations ( I am not a tv person). The fridge worked great. There was plenty of hot water, which I was grateful for. I saw many negative reviews, but I more then got my moneys worth. I didn't even know you could get a room for less then $100. I spent 2 nights and would stay here again. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there were some aspects of the room that could use improvement. I noticed some dark and makeup stains on the bedsheets, which impacted the overall cleanliness. The vanity lamp had a flickering issue that could be addressed for better lighting. Additionally, the room felt a bit dark and could benefit from some brighter decor. There was a lingering smell of smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room, which was a bit concerning. I also spotted some noticeable red stains on the wall that might need to be looked at. It would have been helpful to have more than one set of bathroom towels available as well. The absence of a "Do Not Disturb" tag made it a bit less convenient, and I found a leftover rotten apple in the mini fridge,

We didn't check reviews carefully before booking this motel. After traveling for several hours it was not what we wanted to come "home" to. There were burn holes in the bed covers, stains on all towels and bedding, and horrible smells. It smelled like body odor and Gain. The bathtub had dark marks in the bottom from not being thoroughly cleaned in a long time, and there is so much more I could list, but it's making me ill to think about. The carpet is dark, thank goodness. I don't want to know what I didn't see there. It was not family friendly; the halls smelled of Marijuana starting sometime after midnight, and still reeked at 6 am. If you were fleeing a natural disaster and there was no place left to go, this might be acceptable. But that is the only time I could imagine anyone wanting

Positive: We had a very good experience with the people there. All three ladies were kind, friendly, and very helpful. At breakfast time, they extended the deadline for our children. They did their best to make us comfortable. Negative: Due to uncontrollable events a week and 1/2 prior, there was a smell that was in the room due to a heavy rain that flooded the downstairs level . Everything had been dried out and it was livable, but not pleasant. Everything else was great.

I loved the service and warm welcome I reserved wjen I stayed at super 8 in klamath falls. Rebecca stood out to me the most. She was so kind and was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend.
